Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for services at LCF, an individual must have a documented permanent vision impairment that affects both eyes.
A vision impairment is an eye condition that cannot be corrected by lenses, contacts or surgery.
Lighthouse Central Florida recieves referrals from a variety of sources, including Division of Blind Services, local doctors and others in the community.
