QUALIFYING FOR SERVICES IS SIMPLE

In order to receive services from Lighthouse Central
Florida, individuals must have a diagnosed bilateral (both eyes) vision impairment that results in difficulties in performing activities of daily living, education or employment.

Refer your patients to us when they experience difficulty performing tasks in the home, school, or work place due to vision loss.
